Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your GridJoy account and all associated data.
What gets deleted
- Your Google sign-in link and display name
- All synced puzzle progress (XP, levels, streaks, mastery)
- Solve history and personal bests
- Cosmetic collection and ghost customization
- Mission and achievement progress
- Leaderboard entries
- All data stored in Firebase (Auth + Firestore)
This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted,
your progress cannot be recovered. Local data on your device is not
affected — you can clear that by uninstalling the app.
How to request deletion
Send an email to the address below with the subject line "Delete my
account". Include the email address you used to sign in with Google so we
can locate your data.
Request Account Deletion
We will process your request within 7 days and send a confirmation email
when complete.
Offline / guest users
If you use GridJoy without signing in, no data is stored on our servers.
Your puzzle progress exists only on your device. Uninstalling the app
removes all local data.
